About Bronx Health Access

BronxCare Health System was selected by the New York State Department of Health as a Performing Provider System (PPS) lead in its Delivery System Reform Incentive (DSRIP) program. The BronxCare Health System Performing Provider System, also known as Bronx Health Access, received a $154 million award over a five-year period to implement a high performing health care delivery system for Medicaid beneficiaries and low-income uninsured individuals. Bronx Health Access is comprised of a wide range of health, social service, and community based organizations, as well as physicians, Federally Qualified Health Centers, hospitals, nursing homes, and behavioral health providers.

As an emerging performing provider system (PPS), our goal is to ensure partners and stakeholders are informed as well as involved in the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program planning process. This website is updated regularly with the latest news and information about DSRIP and the Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center (BLHC) PPS. It is also a repository for official federal and state DSRIP documents, as well as Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center PPS reports and materials.
